Media and Information Literacy: Critical-thinking, Creativity, Literacy, Intercultural, Citizenship, Knowledge and Sustainability (MIL CLICKS)
Social media is a powerful tool to help people develop better media and information literacy. Many people are using social media to access information and media. This is especially so for youth who spend much time on different networks. Therefore, social media can be used to train people, in their normal social context, to be more MIL competent. Social media can also deliver compelling information to raise awareness about the importance of media and information literacy to all levels of society.
