The ‘Final Round’ is Open to the Public

The Annual Asia Regional CLE Mock (Pre)-Trial Hearing Event held on 28-29 November and 5 December 2020 is one of the events occurred during the Access to Justice Week (28-29 November and 5 December 2020). The event will begin with the Asia Regional CLE Mock (Pre)-Trial Hearing Workshop on the 21-22 November. The training will include several sessions with a strong focus on the Annual Asia Regional CLE Mock Pre-Trial Hearing Event’s rules and procedures.
The CLE Mock Pre-Trial Hearing is a practical learning experience in which students simulate a local court trial of a minor civil dispute or criminal offence. CLE MockPre-Trial Hearing allows students to develop legal, analytical and advocacy skills, thereby increasing familiarity with court process and enhancing participants’ appreciation and understanding of legal ethics.
For this year, we are hosting it virtually and give opportunity for the public to observe the final round of the CLE Mock Pre-Trial Hearing. We are also hosting it as a public event again this year and we are hoping that you would join us.
